exchange woes

hurtcomfortex posted a Freeform Spreadsheet earlier today and I've been going through it and I'm so overwhelmed. I had signed up last year and to do that I'd made my own spreadsheet and was overwhelmed back then too. I somehow managed to put together a signup...but then I ended up defaulting on my assignment because of overwhelm and lack of time 😔
Can someone explain to me how this exchange works? Like,,there are almost 2k freeform tags this year (way up from 1.3-1.4k last year),,how is that workable?
